Davey Leggat FED chairperson recently carried out some support work namely Committee Skills Training, he comments – ‘Having been asked by the Gilfoot TARA group to assist them with some training on how they could potentially get more from their meetings in terms of how they are run’
I constructed and delivered a simple wee session to hopefully help them with a better understanding of shared best practice for meeting etiquette.This wee session was held in our offices on 15/11/2023 and was attended by 7 members of the group and facilitated by me.
There was no accreditation associated with this, the purpose was to merely help them get more from their group, and to encourage them to engage more with us at the FED.
They were all provided with a pack of information containing useful information (as can be seen from attachment). After studying the evaluation forms, it looks like they all enjoyed a valuable session.
100% said that the training was relevant to their needs, 100% said that the instruction was clear and understandable100%, said that the presentation was effective
