Late in 2023, members of the EAF executive committee met with John Stokes East Ayrshire Council officer to have a follow up discussion around the Councils online portal for tenants. John updated the federation on how the system had developed and gave an insight into how many people had signed up. One of the committee commented that ‘the session was very informative and believe the portal offers tenants more access to the things that matter to them and would fully support and recommend as many tenants sign up’ details on how you as an East Ayrshire Council tenant can access are detailed below:
Who can use myHousing?
Any East Ayrshire Council tenant can use myHousing.
What can I use it for?
You can view your rent account balance, make payments, print statements, update your details, report anti-social behaviour or just get in touch about any aspect of your tenancy.
How do I register?
Registration is free and easy. You’ll need your tenancy number which you’ll find on any letters we send you. Enter your details and email address. We’ll verify your details and send you an email containing your personal verification code.
What should I do if I am having problems?
